Our finely-detailed function rooms are ideal for a range of events. Our Manatee Ballroom accommodates up to 650 guests reception style and 350 guests for a plated event. The Dolphin Ballroom is ideal for the intimate wedding or special dinner party seating up to 180 guests. This room and others are perfect for a Cocoa Beach convention, meetings, business events and more. Three conference rooms accommodate up to 40 guests in each for smaller breakout sessions and our boardroom seats 15 for the business meeting.
Want to take it to the water? Our upper ocean deck features 2,600 square feet of breathtaking outdoor space, perfect for receptions, lunch or breaks. We are the ideal setting for the beach ceremony or have the ocean as your back drop on our upper ocean deck offering multiple wedding packages to fit any dream day.
