Our finely-detailed function rooms are ideal for a range of events. The Manatee Ballroom accommodates up to 600 guests in this theatre-style Cocoa Beach banquet hall. This room and others are perfect for Cocoa Beach conventions, meetings, business events and more. For smaller conventions, we offer the Dolphin Room, beautiful event space overlooking which seats up to 180 guests. Four conference rooms accommodate up to 40 guests in each for smaller breakout sessions. Want to take it to the water? Our Upper Ocean Deck features 2,600 square feet of breathtaking outdoor space, perfect for receptions or breaks.
